Lisa Levesque, M.H.Sc., Reg. CASLPO

Lisa is a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). She is also a member of Speech-Audiology Canada (SAC) and Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiologists (OSLA). Lisa completed a Masters of Health Sciences in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Ottawa. 

 

Lisa enjoys working with preschool and school-aged children to assess and provide intervention for language delays/disorders, speech-sound disorders, fluency disorders, as well as social communication. She is certified in the Hanen Centre's "It Takes Two To Talk" program and has completed training in the Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC) approach. She additionally has experience working with adults in clinic, hospital, and short-term rehabilitation settings to assess and provide intervention for aphasia, cognitive-language disorders and fluency disorders. Being bilingual herself, Lisa has a great interest in bilingualism and language development, and is pleased to offer sessions in French, English, or both languages! 

 

Lisa is originally from Timmins,  and is thrilled to be back home offering services to our bilingual population.
